Meetings:
1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month in the "Lena Terpenning Bushnell Room" of the Newark Valley Town Hall at 109 Whig Street.

Duties of Town Supervisor/Office:

• Chief Fiscal Officer of Town
• Custodian of town moneys and disburses them within the limits of the Annual Budget upon the direction of the Town Board
• Responsible for preparing tentative annual budget to be presented to Town Clerk by September 30th
• Chair and voting member of Town Board

Tioga County Council of Governments

The Town of Newark Valley Supervisor's office is an elected position. The present supervisor, Stuart L. Yetter, Jr. has held the position for over 11 years.
